Blackjack vs Friend Privacy Policy

Summary: Blackjack vs Friend is an entertainment game. We do not record voice chat, sell personal information, or provide cash wagering or withdrawals.

Information we collect

Guest account and game data: a generated account identifier, display name, avatar, friend code, game and matchmaking activity, virtual-chip balance, cosmetic ownership, game statistics, and settings.
Purchase data: product identifiers, transaction identifiers, purchase status, and entitlements needed to deliver virtual chips and Remove Ads. Apple, Google, and RevenueCat process the underlying transaction; we do not receive or store full payment-card details.
Notifications: if you enable alerts, we receive an Expo push token, device platform, notification preference, and delivery records needed to send game invitations and turn alerts.
Voice chat: if you choose to join voice chat in an eligible human match, microphone audio is transmitted live through LiveKit. We do not record, transcribe, or store voice audio.
Advertising and technical data: when ads are enabled, Google Mobile Ads and its partners may process device identifiers, IP address, approximate location inferred from IP, ad interactions, and diagnostic or performance information to deliver, limit, measure, and protect advertising. The app requests non-personalized ads in its current configuration. Native builds refresh Google User Messaging Platform consent before initializing or requesting ads; when consent cannot be refreshed or ads may not be requested, advertising remains unavailable.
Security data: our hosting and rate-limiting systems may process IP address and request metadata to secure the service, prevent abuse, and diagnose failures.

How we use information

We use information to create and secure a guest session, operate games and friend tables, deliver optional purchases and virtual items, send optional notifications, provide live voice chat when you choose it, serve and measure advertising, enforce game rules, prevent fraud, comply with law, and respond to support or privacy requests.

Sharing and third-party services

We share data only with providers needed to run the features you use: Replit for hosting and infrastructure; Apple App Store and Google Play for purchases; RevenueCat for purchase-entitlement processing; Google Mobile Ads for advertising and consent; Expo for notifications; and LiveKit for live voice transport. These providers process data under their own privacy terms. We do not sell personal information.

Advertising choices

You can review advertising choices through the in-app Shop → Privacy Choices control when Google requires a privacy-options form, and you can purchase Remove Ads to disable advertising for your game account. The public Privacy Choices page provides instructions but does not itself modify Google consent. Some advertising controls are provided by your device or Google account. Voice and notifications

Voice chat is optional and available only after you tap to join it in an eligible human match. You may revoke microphone permission in device settings. Notifications are optional and can be disabled in the app or device settings.

Retention, deletion, and your rights

We retain data only for as long as needed to provide the game, maintain security, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. You can delete your guest account and associated game data from Profile → Privacy & data → Delete game data. This immediately revokes the old guest session, deletes associated recovery, virtual-wallet, cosmetic, notification, purchase-fulfillment, matchmaking, rematch, and voice-invite records, and de-identifies the remaining player record. We may retain de-identified game-integrity records and providers may retain transaction or technical records where required by law or their policies.

Children

Blackjack vs Friend is not directed to children under the minimum age required by the laws of their country. Do not use the app if you are not permitted to do so under applicable law.

International processing

Our service providers may process data in countries other than your own. We use contractual and technical safeguards appropriate to the services and applicable law.
